Announces New General Surgeon
Harbor Beach Community Hospital is honored to announce Dr. Zarrish Khan is joining the General Surgical staff.

Dr. Zarrish Khan, MD, is a distinguished surgeon with a dedicated commitment to enhancing healthcare delivery and patient outcomes. She will be joining Harbor Beach Community Hospital, General Surgical staff on May 8, 2024, in the Harbor Beach Specialty Clinic. She will bring a wealth of expertise to the clinic.

After earning her medical degree from Aga Khan University Medical College in 2005, Dr. Khan pursued rigorous training in Surgery at UT Southwestern Medical Center, completing her residency in 2012. She furthered her specialization with a Fellowship in Cardiothoracic Surgery at Weill Medical College of Cornell University in 2014. Her relentless pursuit of excellence led her to achieve board certifications in Thoracic and Cardiac Surgery, attesting to her proficiency and commitment to the highest standards of patient care.

Dr. Khan also serves as a Clinic Instructor at the University of Michigan Health, where she enjoys sharing her knowledge and expertise with the next generation of medical professionals.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Dr. Khan cherishes her role as a devoted mother to two children. Her family values and compassionate nature underscore her dedication to caring for others, both in her professional practice and personal life.
